1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Railory, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. The Service
Railory is an AI-powered styling platform that generates outfit recommendations from real product catalogues and provides virtual try-on capabilities. We act as a discovery layer — purchases are completed directly with the respective retailers.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. One account per person — shared or automated accounts are not permitted.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading an avatar photo, you grant Railory a limited licence to process the image through AI models for the sole purpose of generating try-on results. We do not use your photos for training, marketing, or any other purpose without explicit consent.
5. AI-Generated Content
Virtual try-on images are generated by AI and are approximations. Actual garment fit, colour, and appearance may differ from generated images. Railory does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated visualisations.
6. Product Listings
Product availability, pricing, and images are sourced from third-party retailers. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current but cannot guarantee accuracy. Final pricing and availability are determined by the retailer at the time of purchase.
7. Early Access
Railory is currently in early access. Features may change, and the service may experience interruptions. Early access is provided free of charge with no guaranteed uptime or feature availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
Railory is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any purchases made through linked retailers, nor for any dissatisfaction with products bought based on our recommendations.
